Ludwig Acrolite

The Acrolite is THE drum for that fatback tone from all your favourite vintage records, and I try to always have one in stock. It's a lightweight aluminium shell with 8 lugs, and every one I list is a genuine vintage drum that I've sourced myself, mostly in the US. I strip it down, clean it, check it over and set it up with new heads before it ships from Victoria. The photos are always of the exact drum you're buying.

The Keystone badge is the 60s version, the pointed blue/olive badge is the 70s model, and the Black Galaxy is the black sparkle Acrolite made between 1994 and 2012. I pick drums in great working condition rather than museum pieces, so they're made to be played and gigged.
