All our goods for Blackwaxx&Co ship from within Australia - they're already here locally so we can ship them out fast! 99% of our products are located in Victoria, Australia.
Australia
- Orders under $250: $9 flat rate, shipped with AusPost with a tracking number. No signature required for delivery.
- Orders of $250 or more: free shipping with AusPost and a tracking number. A signature will be required.
We recently switched to AusPost for all our shipping. We're constantly trying to find the most reliable and trustworthy shipping that's fast and fairly priced. Not an easy task, but we're always working on it! Right now we're shipping out every other day! Either way, be assured, we try to book your shipping as soon as it's received and have it collected on the next pick up day.
Snares and other large items are packed carefully and shipped with AusPost. Drum kits typically ship with FedEx Australia, using National Group Shipping.
International Shipping? No Problem.
We use AusPost for international and require signatures on all orders. AusPost are highly reliable and ship to most parts of the world - we've had the pleasure of shipping all over the world! Unsure on your country, just ask.
Customs duties and import taxes are set by your country and aren't included in the shipping price.
