Shipping Info

All our goods for Blackwaxx&Co ship from within Australia - they're already here locally so we can ship them out fast! 99% of our products are located in Victoria, Australia.

We recently switched to Auspost for all our shipping. We're constantly trying to find the most reliable and trustworthy shipping that's fast and fairly priced. Not an easy task, but we're always working on it! 

All Australian orders under $250 have a flat rate of $5. We'll ship with Auspost and you've receive a tracking number (with no signature required for delivery)

Australian orders over $250 will be Free Shipping, through Auspost and a Signature will be required. 

 Right now we're shipping out twice a week - Tuesday's and Friday's but we're working towards shipping out everyday! Either way, be assured, we try to book your shipping as soon as it's received, share your tracking number and then have it collected on the next pick up day.

International Shipping?

We can do it! 

Most places we can make it work, and we'll do it at bare bones pricing, we just want these awesome products out there - so if you're not in Australia - but we got what you want. We'll get it into your hot little drumming hands.
