VINTAGE: Ludwig Pioneer - 6 Lug - 14x5 - Natural Mahogany

The Pioneer has long been a classic snare drum that's become a staple of most studios and collectors quiver. These tried and tested snares are known for versatility and warmth.

I picked this snare up in person at The Chicago Vintage Drum Show, it was already in great condition. Once I got it home, I gave it a once over and put on a fresh Remo Hazy batter side head.

I love the originality and classic look and feel of this snare - especially the nickel hardware, it's a classy touch!

Great opportunity to own a piece of drumming history and get those classic sounds, at an affordable price.
