Snareweight #5 Leather Insert Variety 2-Pack

The Snareweight variety 2-pack is two genuine leather inserts, one thin and one thick, for the brass #5, with six ways to dial in dampening.

Choose a thin or thick insert to quickly dial in the dampening of your favourite snare sound. Colours and leather vary. For 2026, the pack has a firm silver, medium-thick leather insert and a soft, thin pigskin insert. You can also use two inserts side by side to get more contact with the head and target the unmusical ring of your snare, or turn an insert over to the metal side for less dampening.

Tip: the pack gives you six different sounds: the front and back of each insert (two thicknesses), plus side by side (two combinations). Worn-in inserts always sound better.
