The Dragonfly Two Tone is an innovative hybrid beater, designed to sound soft when you're playing quietly and hard and punchy when you're playing loud.
It's built from alternating layers of hard veg tan leather and super soft fleece. That makes it perfect for feathering the drum while keeping time, then bringing some punch when you're kicking the band.
Dragonfly Percussion has been making mallets for the world's top orchestras for 20 years, and its kick drum beaters bring that attention to timbre to the drum set. They're adapted from Viennese-style timpani mallets, and the full-bodied, warm sound and responsive feel is unlike anything else you've tried.
