VINTAGE: Ludwig Acrolite - Orange Peel - 70's - No. 3122527

A total classic - every drummer should have an Acrolite in their arsenal. 

This snare was sourced from Grand Rapids, Michigan USA.

One of the later series Acro's in an 'Orange Peel' finish with a Rounded Blue/Olive Badge - late 70's, early 80's is likely when it was made. 

The Acrolite is THE drum for that fatback tone from all your favourite vintage records. 

The Acrolite is a light weight aluminium shell with 8 Lugs. Coming standard with Ludwig's P85 throw-off and butt plate, as well as triple flange hoops. 

P85 Throw-off and Internal Muffler are both working in good condition.

This snare is in original condition, Hoops, throw-off, rims, rods, snare wires - everything.

The heads on this one have some usage, but have plenty of miles left in them and by not putting brand new heads on, we can keep the price down a little more on this one! 

This snare is set-up and ready to go now as is. Pictures are of exact drum available.
